Part-1 Xpeng App-Mall

Overview
Problem Users can only learn about the products through offline stores, but the distribution of offline stores is small and the number is few, which cannot meet the needs of users. 

SolutionCreate an online mall to complete the closed loop of users' placing orders online and picking up cars offline, and improve the sales efficiency.

SWOT  Analysis

This is a new function, but the construction period is very short and it needs to be launched quickly. So conduct a SWOT analysis of competing products to quickly familiarize with the nature of the business.




Workflow

Sort out the work process.



Lo-fi portotype
Make low-fidelity wireframes, mark the detailed information, and then discuss the plan with the product and development teams for many times later.




Hi-fi portotype (Mobile)
After the low-fidelity wireframes are approved, complete the high-fidelity UI. The goal is to be simple and easy to use.


Hi-fi portotype (Web)
Considering different user groups and different usage environments, add the web version.







Part-2
Xpeng App-Community V2.0


Overview
Problem The content of the community section is monotonous, the activity level is low, and users cannot obtain information through communication in the community. 

Solution Increase the proportion of PGC content displayed in the community. Support more operation ways and content classification ways structurally. Simplify the posting process and optimize the experience.

The user groups of the new community were divided into four major categories and sampling interviews were conducted.

The visual style is younger, the content is more prominent, and the operation is simpler in terms of experience.

Outcome
  • Increased total user base by 12.6%;
  • Achieved a 8.2% rise in daily active users (DAU);
  • Improved monthly active users (MAU) by 15.5%;
